G Sigadam is a town located in the Srikakulam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. G Sigadam is located 23 kms west of Srikakulam and it is surrounded by Davalpet (2 kms), Shantavati (2 kms), Niddam (3 kms), Marivalasa (3 kms) and Gobbur (3 kms). Rajam, Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram are the nearest cities to Sigadam. The Ponduru zone and the Amadalavalasa zone are located in the east to G Sigadam. The north is surrounded by the Santhakaviti zone, in the west it has Rajam and the Cheepurupalli Zones. The total population of the town is 12,485 houses. Overall literacy is 54.8% (2470), of which female literacy is 54.8% (2470). The total area of Gangavarisa Sigadam is 490 hectares.
