Alludu Adhurs revolves around Sreenu (Bellamkonda Sreenivas), a man with firm beliefs in relationships, values, and emotions. A childhood heartbreak makes him wary of love, but adulthood brings Kaumudi (Nabha Natesh), the daughter of the influential Jayapal Reddy (Prakash Raj), into his life.
