Thimmarusu Movie Review – A Legal Crime Thriller with a Smart Narrative
Thimmarusu is a gripping Telugu crime thriller that revolves around the pursuit of justice. The story kicks off with the murder of a cab driver, Aravind, who doubles as a police informer. The young pub employee Vasu (Ankith Koyya) is framed for the crime and sentenced to eight long years in prison.
Eight years later, a sharp-witted and ambitious lawyer, Ramachandra (Satyadev), decides to reopen the case. With the help of his girlfriend (Priyanka Jawalkar) and lawyer friend Sudha (Brahmaji), he dives deep into the twisted web of deceit, corruption, and criminal nexus in the police department. As Ramachandra uncovers hidden motives and pieces together crucial evidence, he battles against time, the villainous forces behind the murder, and the courtroom’s tense drama to prove Vasu’s innocence.
